Fundraiser Description

Boon Supply (formerly Mixed Bags Designs) is a variety of merchandise including polywoven bags, holiday gift wrap, baked items, and a variety of other very useful supplies. Students were given the option to pick up the catalogs and order forms today. A limited supply is still available for pickup tomorrow in the choir room.


  1. Fill out envelope:

  2. Fill out order form (use info above): 

    • Due date: Sep. 24, 2019 

    • Checks payable to: West Orange HS Choir

  3. Collect orders and payments:

    • Customer name and phone #

    • Customer email

    • Item # 

    • Brief Description 

    • Price

    • Shipping & Handling: $1 per item (already done for you)

    • Tax & Processing: $1 per item (no tax on food)

    • Total

    • Paid - only mark when your customer has paid

  4. Submit order form and envelope to Mr. Yasay by September 24, 2019. After processing, 40% fundraised profits will be posted to your account (approx. 3-4 weeks). 

  5. Orders typically arrive 2-3 weeks after payment has been made. They will be delivered to the school and distributed to students.
